一、岗位职责1.负责车间注塑机、模温机、干燥机、机械手、裁切机、抛光机、复膜机、AOI检测设备等生产设备的日常故障维修、紧急抢修，快速排查设备机械、电气、气动、液压系统问题，保障设备正常运转，减少停机时间。2.制定并执行设备日常点检、定期保养、预防性维护计划，做好设备保养、维修记录，建立设备运维台账，延长设备使用寿命。3.负责设备的日常调试、参数优化，协助生产部门完成设备换模、调试等辅助工作，确保设备满足生产工艺要求。4.排查设备安全隐患，规范设备安全操作流程，杜绝设备安全事故，维护车间设备现场5S管理。5.负责设备维修配件的申领、核对与管理，控制维修成本，跟进老旧设备的改良、技改工作。6.配合生产团队处理设备相关突发问题，及时反馈设备异常情况，提出优化改进方案。二、任职条件1.学历与经验：中专及以上学历，机械、机电一体化、电气自动化等相关专业；2年以上生产型企业设备机修/设备工程师工作经验，熟悉注塑配套设备运维者优先。2.专业技能：◦精通注塑机、机械手、模温机、干燥机、裁切/抛光/复膜机及AOI检测设备的机械、电气、液压、气动系统故障排查与维修；◦能看懂设备电气原理图、气动液压图，熟练使用万用表等维修工具，具备基础电路维修、传感器调试能力；◦掌握设备日常保养、预防性维护流程，能独立完成设备调试与故障处理。3.能力素质：工作认真负责，动手能力强，具备良好的问题解决能力与执行力，能适应生产车间倒班/加班需求；4.其他：吃苦耐劳，服从工作安排，有责任心，具备良好的团队协作意识，无不良从业记录。
