一、业务流程支持与优化
1.作为业务部门（采购、仓储、运输、财务、销售）的关键IT联系人，深入理解其日常操作与战略需求。
2.分析并优化物流供应链核心流程，包括供应商管理、采购到付款、订单到现金、库存控制、仓库作业及运输成本核算。
3.设计并实施系统改进方案，提升操作效率、数据准确性和流程自动化水平。
二、核心模块配置与管理
1.重点负责模块：
供应链模块：采购（PO）、库存管理（INV）、订单管理（OM）、高级定价
物流相关：仓库管理系统（WMS）基础功能（与INV集成）、发运管理
财务模块：应付帐款（AP）、应收帐款（AR）、总帐（GL）、现金管理（CM）—— 确保财务与物流业务无缝集成。
2.执行模块的配置、测试、部署、用户权限管理及日常功能性支持。
三、系统集成与报表开发
1.支持Oracle EBS与第三方供应链管理系统（SCM）、仓储WMS、电商平台或客户系统的接口需求分析。
2.利用Oracle Report、BI Publisher等工具开发业务所需的运营、库存和财务报表（如库存周转报告、承运商绩效报告、客户对账单）。
四、项目实施与持续改进
1.参与新功能上线、系统升级或补丁应用项目，评估变更对物流业务流程的影响。
2.编写并维护清晰的功能规格书、用户操作手册和流程文档。
3.为终端用户提供系统培训，提升整体系统应用能力。

任职要求：
本科及以上学历，物流、供应链管理、信息管理、财务或相关专业优先
至少5年以上Oracle EBS R12或更高版本的功能顾问经验
具备业务流程分析能力，能将物流业务需求转化为具体的系统配置方案，具备沟通与协调能力和服务意识。
熟练使用SQL进行数据查询、分析和故障排查。
出色的报表开发能力（BI Publisher优先）。
