岗位职责
1. 负责公司Java后端系统的设计、开发、维护及性能优化；
2. 参与业务模块拆分及核心业务功能开发；
3. 负责系统接口设计、数据库设计及第三方系统集成；
4. 参与系统性能优化、故障排查及技术难题攻关。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Java开发经验；
2. 熟练掌握Java基础，熟悉JVM、多线程、集合、网络编程等核心技术；
3. 熟练使用Spring Boot、Spring Cloud（或Spring Cloud
Alibaba）等微服务框架，具备实际项目经验；
4. 熟悉微服务相关组件，如Nacos、Gateway、OpenFeign、Sentinel、Seata等，了解服务治理、配置中心、限流熔断等机制；
5. 熟悉MySQL、Redis等常用数据库及缓存技术，具备数据库设计和SQL优化能力；
6. 熟悉Elasticsearch的部署、索引设计、查询优化及实际应用经验；
7. 了解分布式存储技术，具有MinIO、FastDFS、Ceph、OBS、OSS、S3等对象存储或分布式文件存储使用经验；
8. 熟悉Linux开发环境，熟练使用Git、Maven等开发工具；
9. 熟练使用 AI Agent Coding 工具开展研发工作，能够独立使用 Claude Code、Codex、GitHub Copilot 等完成需求落地、编码实现、代码重构、单元测试生成及问题定位，并具备 AI 驱动开发的实际项目经验。
10. 具备良好的编码习惯、问题分析能力和团队协作能力，极高的抗压能力。
