一、岗位职责
1. 负责公司Web系统、后台服务、前端页面的全栈开发与迭代维护；
2. 完成需求拆解、功能开发、接口联调、上线部署全流程工作；
3. 根据业务需求优化系统性能、页面体验、接口响应速度，保障系统高可用、高稳定性;
4. 负责AI功能与现有业务系统的融合落地，实现业务智能化、自动化提效，持续迭代AI应用场景，提升整体业务效率；
5. 参与技术方案评审、需求评审，输出规范的技术文档、接口文档，配合测试、运维完成版本发布与问题修复；
6. 持续跟进前沿AI技术、全栈技术，优化现有技术体系，推动团队智能化、数字化升级；
7. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

二、任职要求
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，2年以上全栈开发经验，具备独立完成项目全流程开发能力；
2. 熟练全栈技术栈：前端Vue、后端Java；
3. 具备扎实的AI应用开发能力：熟练对接主流大模型API、熟悉RAG知识库、向量数据库、智能问答、Prompt工程优化、具备AI自动化工具、AI内容生成、智能辅助业务场景落地经验；
4. 熟悉MySQL、Redis等数据库，了解接口开发、权限体系、数据结构、系统架构设计。
5. 具备完整项目落地经验，能够独立攻坚问题、优化性能、处理线上异常。
6. 学习能力强，对AI新技术敏感，愿意持续迭代智能化产品功能，有AI工具独立开发成品者、有企业级AI应用、智能知识库、AI数字员工经验者优先。
7. 代码规范、逻辑清晰、责任心强，沟通协作顺畅，能高效配合业务团队推进项目落地。
