一、岗位职责：
1、根据需求负责在Unity3D引擎中构建并编辑场景，布置灯光、烘焙灯光贴图，对场景的效果和气氛有较好的表现；
2、负责在Unity3D里各种特效的制作，如粒子、镜头、插件等特效；
3、负责在Unity3D里模型的优化，根据项目需求与模型组制定模型、贴图的精度，及LOD的应用；
4、有一定场景模型的制作能力，能对模型、贴图做出调整修改
5、把控场景布局、物件的摆放和氛围效果的调整；
6、负责常规的一些美术资源的制作，把握一个项目美术风格的能力；
7、与程序配合完成资源整合、输出及*终效果优化。

二、岗位要求：
1.负责在U3D里调整材质效果和shader制作。会使用主流材质制作软件。
2.根据项目需求，制作粒子特效。
3.能够对场景模型进行优化，根据项目需求制定模型、贴图的精度，及LOD的应用。
4.能够运用U3D进行地形制作，完成地形，环境，植物制作。
5.能够运用3dmax软件制作各类高、低精度的三维模型。
6.有数字孪生经验者优先。
