1、开展市场环境、发展趋势、行业竞争的信息收集与研究，组织实施市场调研，撰写相关研究报告，策划业务合作模式，制订产品发展目标； 2、负责开展政企和市场数字化产品生命周期管理，提出业务资费、营销方案的建议； 3、负责县区分公司政企和市场数字化产品运营管理指导工作，协调处理产品投诉和故障。
岗位要求：
1、2026届应届生及2025届未就业毕业生。大学本科及以上学历，计算机类、通信类、电子类、信息类、互联网类、物联网类、电气类、自动控制类、机械、动力类、管理类等相关专业。
2、了解通信技术、5G、DICT、大数据等领域的相关前沿知识，能积极学习业界新产品、新技术并运用推广；
3、具备良好的逻辑思维能力，有较强的文案功底，清晰的策划思路，良好的沟通能力，能独立撰写产品策划、推广方案和研究报告；
4、责任意识强、积极上进，身心健康，认可公司文化。
