岗位职责：
1.感知系统架构设计：
- 负责矿山无人驾驶场景下的多传感器融合感知系统设计与迭代；
- 主导激光雷达+摄像头+毫米波雷达多模态融合，构建全局一致的BEV感知表示；
- 引入Occupancy Grid/Semantic OCC表征，支持坑洼、路障、边坡等特殊工况的语义感知。
2.前沿算法研发：
- 引入Transformer/BEV感知网络，实现端到端的3D检测、跟踪与分割；
- 研发时序感知算法（视频感知、序列点云建模），提升动态障碍物和长距离预测能力；
- 探索深度学习+自监督/多任务学习，解决矿区少样本、长尾分布问题；
- 推动端到端感知-预测一体化，为规控提供更强鲁棒性输入。
3.鲁棒性与极端工况适配：
- 针对矿山低能见度（扬尘、雨雪、夜间）、传感器遮挡等场景，设计鲁棒性增强算法；
- 开发多传感器冗余与故障检测机制，保障关键工况下的感知安全；
- 研究感知-仿真闭环，支持虚拟环境中的极端场景训练与验证。
4.工程化与优化：
- 在in/车规级算力平台上部署感知算法，优化实时性与功耗。

任职要求：
1.学历要求：计算机、运筹学、应用数学等专业本科及以上学历；
2.行业经验：至少5年以上自动驾驶感知算法研发经验，具备完整项目落地经验；
3.精通3D感知（点云检测/分割/跟踪）、多模态融合（Camera-LiDAR-Radar）；
4.精通BEV/Transformer感知架构，有OCC/语义栅格建模经验；
5.精通Apollo、Autoware或主流感知开源框架；
6.具备跨模块协作能力，能推动感知与预测、规控的深度耦合；
7.有在矿山、港口、干线物流等工业场景无人驾驶感知落地经验优先。
