岗位职责：
1、负责智能座舱多屏互动（仪表、中控、副驾屏、HUD）的界面视觉设计，输出符合车规级安全与美学标准的交互原型、高保真UI设计及动态动效规范。
2、基于Unity 3D、Unreal Engine (UE) 或 Kanzi 等主流引擎，将设计稿转化为可运行的车载界面代码，实现复杂的3D车模渲染、粒子特效及流畅的转场动画。
3、针对车机芯片（如高通8155/8295）进行图形渲染优化，严格控制内存占用、GPU负载及启动时间，确保界面在低帧率风险下的60fps流畅运行。
4、协同系统工程师完成不同分辨率、异形屏及多屏联动场景的适配，解决纹理加载、光照渲染、透明度混合等底层图形显示问题。
5、建立并维护车企专属的HMI设计语言系统（Design System），制定组件库、动效标准及色彩规范，确保全车系产品体验的一致性与品牌辨识度。
任职要求：
1、美术设计、数字媒体、计算机图形学等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验。
2、精通Unity 3D或Unreal Engine至少一种引擎，熟悉掌握C#/C++脚本编程，具备独立的场景搭建、Shader编写、动画状态机管理及资源打包能力；熟悉Kanzi工具链者极佳。
3、拥有卓越的色彩感与构图能力，熟练使用Figma、Sketch、Adobe AE、Blender/3D Max等工具，能独立完成从2D平面到3D动效的全流程制作。
4、理解计算机图形学基础（渲染管线、光照模型、纹理压缩格式如ASTC/ETC2），熟悉OpenGL ES或Vulkan基础原理，能配合驱动工程师解决渲染异常。
5、熟悉车载人机交互特点（驾驶安全性、夜间模式、强光可视性），了解ISO 26262功能安全对界面显示的约束，具备良好的跨部门沟通能力（能与安卓框架、算法团队高效协作）。
6、有车载HMI或游戏界面开发经验，有完整量产项目落地案例者优先。
