岗位职责Responsibilities：
1.根据总部的品牌策略、各国本身的品牌发展进程、市场环境，进行各个国家的品牌发展策略的制定，以及进行各个国家地区线上线下项目的设计及内外部资源整合，资源包括：媒体、政府关系、广告公司、公关公司、MCN、公益组织等，提升品牌整体市场声量以及品牌在B端和C端的美誉度;
Based on the headquarters brstrategy, local brdevelopment stages, market conditions of each country, develop execute tailored brdevelopment strategies frespective markets. This includes designing integrated online offline initiatives consolidating internal external resources—including media, government relations, advertising agencies, PR firms, MCNs, non-profitganizations—to enhance the brands overall market presence strengthen its reputation among both B2B B2C audiences.
2.独立进行整合行销活动策划（含线上及线下），做到PDCA （Plan Do Check Act);
Mentbrsupervisors lead end-to-end PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) management fintegrated marketing campaigns across online/offline channels.
3.根据品牌主攻平台，统筹各线上平台社交媒体矩阵，平台包括但不限于：Instagram、Google、脸书、抖音、youtube等;
Based on the brands primary target platforms, oversee manage the social media matrix across various online channels, including but not limited to: Instagram, Google, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube..
4.各个国家以及地区的品牌形象的严格把控。确保品牌形象的一以贯之，同时有效地进行在地化。

5.日常预算管理能力以及单项目预算管理，确保全年度品牌预算控制在合理范围之内;

6.主要负责东南亚板块。

任职资格Requirements Qualifications：
1.学历要求：本科及以上学历，广告、设计、商学专业；海外留学背景优先考虑
Education: Bachelor’s degree above in Advertising, Design, Business Administration, related fields.
2.工作经验要求：有品牌宣传或市场相关的工作经验；
Experience: Has a background in brcommunication marketing-related roles,strong aesthetic judgment resource networks.
3.专业能力：熟悉活动策划执行，具备全媒体运营、营销传播、危机公关、品牌推广、项目统筹跟进等复合工作能力；熟悉传统公关及新媒体推广手段，对当下线上、线下品牌推广活动内容的策划有深入研究；
