1．岗位职责

(3)研究和应用*新的 AI 技术和算法，推动公司 AI 技术的创新和发展，解决算法应用过程中的技术问题。
(4)与产品、数据、运营等团队紧密合作，将算法模型与业务场景深度结合，实现 AI 技术在保险业务中的落地应用。

2．招聘要求
(1)计算机、数学、统计学、人工智能等相关专业硕士及以上学历。
(2)飞书「效率先锋」认证人才优先者优先。
(3) 3 年以上 AI 算法研发经验，有保险行业算法应用经验者优先。
(4)精通机器学习、深度学习等 AI 算法，熟悉常用的算法框架，如 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等。
(5)熟悉大语言/多模态模型微调、蒸馏技术。
(6)具备扎实的数学基础和编程能力，熟练掌握 Python/Java 等编程语言，有良好的数据处理和建模与算法实现能力。
