岗位职责：
1、管理研究院发放的产品配方及相关文件，负责接收、转发、回收、销毁，核对合规性并反馈修改意见。
2、配合研究院开展婴幼儿配方乳粉配方注册，组织产品生产及稳定性验证，编制相关方案与总结。
3、按研究院方案组织新产品、新原辅料、新设备工艺参数的验证工作，跟踪进度并处理相关问题。
4、参与年度工艺验证计划评审，组织开展混合均匀性、杀菌效率等验证，核对验证报告。
5、跟踪原料及婴配粉基粉营养素波动监测结果并反馈研究院，配合处理工艺变更申请及顾客投诉相关分析。
6、负责研发中心日常管理，制定部门规划与培训计划，审核体系文件，组织法律法规落实与食品安全管理。
7、完成领导交给的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、食品及相关专业本科及以上学历或高级工程师职称。
2、熟悉贝因美产品生产工艺流程及相关标准，具备扎实的专业知识与组织管理、沟通分析能力。
3、10 年以上相关工作经验，5 年以上管理工作经验，能熟练操作电脑及相关办公软件，具备团队合作精神。
