2.负责草拟、优化集团专区客户服务标准细则及业务管理流程，并监督实施；
3.负责梳理集团专区客户托管信息、分析客户画像，建立客户台账；
4.负责草拟部门各类业务方案、服务协议，业务发展情况总结汇报等PPT制作工作；
5.负责跟踪并解读部门业务监管政策新规，根据公司内外部制度、政策、要求及时制定、完善公司及部门相关制度；
6.负责对部门日常各类业务方案、服务协议及流程进行审核，提出合规意见，把控合规风险。
【岗位要求】
1.全日制硕士以上学历，具备3年以上证券行业工作经历；
2.认同*企业的使命价值与社会责任，能够严格遵守相关合规要求，高效完成各项支持工作；
3.工作仔细认真、责任心强、为人正直，具备较强的组织、沟通和协调能力，服务意识强，具有良好的团队合作精神；
4. 公文基础扎实，文字功底良好，熟悉公文写作格式，熟练操作OFFICE等办公软件；
5. 熟悉经纪业务、反洗钱有关法律法规、监管规定、公司规章制度，具备与履行合规管理职责相适应的专业知识和技能。
