岗位职责：
1.协助审计工作计划制定，实施部门安排的审计或评估评价工作，包括不限于：经济责任审计、管理审计、信息系统审计以及其他专项审计或评估评价工作等；
2.对审计成果进行分析，识别业务条线及项目经营风险，提出改善优化建议，推动审计成果应用价值深化；
3.参与稽核审计业务的制度建设、流程改进及专项调研等。包括：梳理审计业务流程和审计检查标准，查找审计工作的薄弱环节并提出改进意见；收集审计背景资料，分析内外部环境对审计工作的影响并提出相应对策；起草审计业务规范文件等；
4.参与审计信息化建设；
5.督促审计整改工作落实，开展审计追责问责；
6.其他交办事项。
岗位要求：
1.硕士研究生及以上学历，管理类、经济类、法律类及相关专业；
2.政治素质高，纪律规矩意识强，品行端正、清正廉洁，无不良记录；
3.具备扎实的专业素养，熟悉证券行业法律法规、监管要求及证券公司业务流程，具备1年以上证券、基金、期货等金融机构内审、稽核、风控、合规或业务相关工作经验；
4.具有良好的文字能力，组织协调能力、沟通协调能力和分析判断能力，工作严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作精神。
