## 岗位职责
1. 负责视觉检测模型的数据标注策略制定与标注质量审核
2. 设计数据增强方案，提升模型在工业场景下的泛化能力
3. 开发数据处理、模型训练、性能评估等相关脚本与工具
4. 开发简单的上位机界面，用于数据采集、推理展示与人工复核
5. 负责 YOLO 等目标检测模型的训练、调参与迭代优化
## 任职要求
- 熟练使用 Python，掌握 PyTorch 或同等深度学习框架
- 熟悉 OpenCV 等图像处理库，有数据增强和数据处理经验
- 有 YOLO 系列模型训练经验，了解模型评估指标和调参方法
- 至少熟悉一种 GUI 开发框架（PyQt / Tkinter / Streamlit 等）
- 对工业视觉有一定了解，具备独立排查问题的能力
- 工作认真负责，有良好的沟通能力和文档习惯
## 加分项
- 有焊接、缺陷检测等工业视觉项目经验
- 了解模型加速部署（ONNX、TensorRT 等）
- 熟悉 Linux 环境与 Docker
## 学历与经验
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子等相关专业
- 3-4 年相关工作经验，优秀应届生亦可
