工作内容：
1、建立EHS管理制度，指导并督促下属各工厂建立EHS责任制，建立健全并持续优化EHS各项规章制度和应急救援预案；
2、建立EHS绩效考核管理体系，组织EHS月会，及时开展EHS绩效管理活动检讨，寻求各类改善机会点，提升EHS管理水平。
3、督促各工厂建立安全风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防工作机制，开展安全生产标准化、信息化建设；
4、定时组织各工厂EHS开展风险内部审核，监督检查各工厂体系文件的执行状况，不断提高体系文件的适宜性和有效性。同时督促各制造群开展现场EHS隐患排查活动，督促各制造群落实隐患治理工作。
5、组织规划各类EHS改善项目并推动各制造群实施，不断提升各工厂EHS执行力文化和改善文化。
6、定期组织各工厂开展EHS法律法规识别和合规性评价，以持续满足法律法规要求。
7、组织或参与各工厂较大以上事故的调查活动，督促各工厂落实事故和隐患的举一反三管理活动，不断降低EHS风险。
8、组织工厂开展MBOS、SDA等活动，推广分享先进的安全技术和管理经验。
