1.建立、实施并持续优化公司 EHS 管理体系，结合压缩机制造行业特点，确保符合国家及地方环保、职业健康、安全生产相关法律法规及行业标准。
2.组织对生产现场的设备运行、工艺过程、作业环境等进行定期风险评估与隐患排查，重点关注压缩机制造过程中的机械伤害、电气安全使用等风险点，制定并落实整改措施。
3.制定 EHS 培训计划，针对压缩机生产各环节员工开展环保、职业健康、安全生产知识及技能培训，提高员工 EHS 意识和应急处置能力。
4.负责公司环保管理工作，包括废水、废气、固废等污染物的监测、处理及排放管控，确保环保设施正常运行，满足环保排放要求。
5.组织制定并演练公司各类 EHS 应急预案，如火灾、机械伤害、化学品泄漏等事故应急预案，提高公司应对突发 EHS 事件的能力。
6.负责 EHS 相关记录的管理，定期编制 EHS 报告，向管理层汇报公司 EHS 状况，提出改进建议。
7.协调与政府环保、安监等部门的关系，配合完成各类检查、审核及备案工作。
8.调查处理公司发生的 EHS 事故，分析事故原因，制定防范措施，避免类似事故再次发生。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、职业健康与安全等相关专业，须持有注册安全工程师（注册安全师）资格证书，持有其他 EHS 相关资格证书者优先。
2.具有 5 年以上制造业 EHS 管理经验，其中至少 3 年以上机械制造或重工业行业 EHS 主管及以上岗位经验，有压缩机制造行业经验者优先。
3.熟悉国家及地方环保、职业健康、安全生产相关法律法规、标准规范及政策要求，具备扎实的 EHS 专业知识和风险评估、隐患排查能力。
4.具备良好的沟通协调、组织管理及问题解决能力，能够有效推动跨部门 EHS 工作开展，具有较强的责任心和原则性。
5.具备一定的文字功底，能够独立编制 EHS 管理制度、应急预案、报告等文件。
6.身体健康，能够适应工厂现场工作环境。
