岗位职责：
1.统筹机加工车间的生产计划，根据订单需求、设备产能、物料供应等制定周/月度生产排程，确保各车间协同高效运作；
2.跟踪钣机加工（数控编程、精密加工）各环节进度，确保关键节点按时达成；
3.动态调整生产计划，应对紧急插单、设备故障、物料延迟等突发问题，保障交付周期；
4.协调跨部门资源（采购、仓储、物流、质量）解决瓶颈问题，优化物料配送及库存周转效率；
5.推动精益生产工具（如看板管理、标准化作业）在各车间的落地，减少浪费，提升计划达成率；
6.定期组织生产协调会议，同步计划执行情况并推动问题闭环。
7.领导交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历；
2.2年以上制造业生产计划管理经验，有MES行业经验优先；
3.具备机加工车间（数控机床/精密加工）计划管理实操经验，机加工工艺（如车铣复合加工）节拍控制；
4.熟练使用Excel、ERP（用友U8)系统进行数据分析和计划编制；
5.逻辑清晰，能快速定位计划偏差根因并提出解决方案；
6.抗压能力强，适应制造业快节奏、多变更的工作环境；
7.沟通协调能力突出，能有效推动车间主管、技术、质量等部门协作。
