岗位职责：
1、直接向董事长汇报，建立和完善部门海外销售业务流程、制度；
2、根据公司中长期销售战略，制定销售策略和市场开拓计划，完成公司年度销售目标；
3、负责挖掘优质客户，并保持联系与相关人员共同完成销售市场的开拓；
4、收集欧洲、美洲、东南亚等区域的市场信息，协助董事长对相关区域海外分子公司的管控，及时向公司提供*新的产品研发方向；
5、维护与现有客户的关系，处理重大客诉。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，机械类、国际贸易或语言类专业；
2、有大型工程机械、农业机械、割草机等领域的海外客户开发经验优先；
3、英语读、听、写流利，具备较强的商务英语能力，有德语、西班牙或法语等第二外语语言优势者优先考虑；
4、五年以上大中型制造企业海外市场销售工作经验，三年以上团队管理经验，具有丰富的品牌推广和销售渠道开拓能力，能适应短期的海外出差（主要为欧美）；
5、个人带领的团队海外年销售额在一千万（美金）及以上优先考虑；
6、对销售工作有浓厚的兴趣，执行力强，有很强的责任心，进取心与学习力；
7、为人踏实、稳重、勤奋，具有较强的亲和力。
