任职要求 (Requirements)
1. 技术硬性要求

开发框架：精通 Spring Boot 框架，熟悉 Spring Cloud 微服务架构体系（如 Feign, Nacos, RocketMQ/Kafka 等）的使用与原理。
数据库能力：
具备良好的 SQL 编写功底。
具备索引优化能力，能够独立分析 Explain 执行计划并进行调优。
熟悉数据库事务隔离级别、锁机制。
加分项：有分库分表实际项目经验者优先考虑；有处理过海量数据、高并发场景经验者优先。

具备金融领域开发经验。
