1.货架与交易运营（核心工作）：
监控商家GMV数据，通过运营动作（如活动推送、流量扶持）帮助商家达成GMV目标；
根据行业特性（如美食、休娱）设计团购产品组合策略，提升点击率（CTR）和转化率（CVR）
分析商家门店在高德平台的货架展示效果（如商品排序、图文质量），提供优化建议并协助落地；
2.商家线上运营与沟通：
指导商家优化门店装修（如门头照、环境图、服务描述），提升门店在高德地图的线上形象与曝光效率；
推动商家上线并优化团购产品（如套餐、秒杀、代金券），结合高德用户消费习惯设计高转化率的商户活动。
配合营销活动（如周末特惠、城市榜单），协调商家参与并提升活动效果。
3.数据驱动打法优化：
定期分析商家运营数据（如曝光量、点击量、下单转化），识别问题并制定改进方案；
挖掘高潜力商家，制定个性化运营计划（如新店冷启动、爆款产品打造）；
参与高德平台新功能测试（如AR导航、智能推荐），优化商家端产品使用体验
任职要求
基础能力：
大专及以上学历，2-3年以上本地生活服务行业运营或电销经验（如美团、饿了么、携程等平台商家运营经验优先）；
熟悉本地商家线上运营逻辑，了解门店装修、团购产品设计、流量分发等核心环节；
具备优秀的沟通能力，能清晰传达运营策略并推动商家执行。
业务能力：
数据分析能力：熟练使用Excel或SQL，能从数据中发现问题并制定解决方案；
运营策略能力：有成功提升商家GMV的案例经验（如通过优化货架设计使商家GMV增长30%）；
行业洞察能力：熟悉餐饮或休娱行业的用户需求与竞争格局。
软性素质：
目标导向，能承受业绩压力，追求结果兼顾过程；
学习能力强，能快速适应平台规则与工具迭代；
抗压能力强，能处理多线程任务（如同时跟进50+商家需求）。
时间薪资：
1.时间：9.30---18.30，周末双休，法定节假日正常休
2.薪资结构：底薪+绩效+餐补，
3.试用期6个月，试用期薪资不打折，入职缴纳五险一金+商业保险
4.新人个月有保护期，入职满30天通过考核有奖金，每月10日发薪资
