一、岗位职责
1、负责产品UI界面及交互设计，覆盖Web端、Client端等多终端，保障产品视觉美观、交互流畅、体验统一。
2、根据业务需求独立梳理产品逻辑，输出流程图、线框图及高保真原型，支撑产品迭代与研发落地。
3、负责搭建与维护UI设计规范及组件库，统一产品视觉与交互标准，提升团队协作与设计复用效率。
4、参与需求评审与方案讨论，结合用户体验提出优化方案，配合团队完成设计落地与迭代优化。
二、任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，设计、计算机及相关专业优先，具备良好的设计审美与专业基础。
2、熟练使用Axure RP，可独立完成流程图、线框图、高保真原型制作，熟悉完整交互设计流程。
3、具备UI设计规范（Design System）搭建或维护经验，深刻理解界面标准化与一致性设计原则。
4、逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的沟通表达能力，能够清晰、完整地阐述设计思路与方案逻辑。
5、工作认真负责，具备良好的团队协作能力，能快速适配产品迭代节奏。
