工作内容：
负责公司抖音等电商业务的拓展和落地，包括与合作伙伴进行商务谈判、签约和合作，推动电商业务的快速增长。

主要职责：
1、负责公司电商业务的市场调研和市场开拓，了解行业动态和竞争对手情况，提出市场拓展策略并实施，根据公司电商业务的实际需求，制定相应的营销活动计划，包括但不限于促销活动、直播等，并负责活动的策划和执行；

2、重点负责抖音直播业务：挖掘直播、短视频带货达人资源，依据公司品牌产品的特性、受众及推广目标，精准匹配达人；搭建公司达人资源库，为后续合作储备资源；主动与意向达人沟通，就合作模式等进行谈判，争取有利合作条件，推动合作签约；对接签约达人，跟进项目进度；监测达人带货数据，如曝光量、销售量、转化率等，生成分析复盘；依据效果进行优化，调整达人合作策略，助力公司抖音电商业务业绩增长；

3、分析公司电商业务的运营数据，提出改进措施，以优化业务运营效率，促进业绩增长。

职位要求：
- 2年以上抖音电商业务经验，熟悉抖音平台直播和视频推广规则，有达人主播资源，有成功打造食品类爆款案例；
- 具备较强的商务谈判能力和市场敏锐度，热爱电商行业，关注行业动态，有创新思维，能探索新合作模式；
- 工作积极主动，有耐心，有责任心、团队精神和抗压能力
- 具备团队协作能力，有项目管理经验优先；
- 具备良好的数据分析和决策能力，能够熟练使用各种数据分析工具。
