（4）精通CAD、SolidWorks等设计软件，具备良好的技术分析与问题解决能力；
（5）思路清晰，执行力强，具备较强的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力，能独立承担产品研发、项目管理工作。

优秀的应届博士/博士后也可以考虑。
