PCB Layout工程师招聘要求
一、岗位职责
1. PCB设计全流程把控：负责从硬件原理图评审、PCB布局规划到*终制板文件输出的全流程工作，根据产品需求和硬件设计规范，制定合理的PCB设计方案，确保设计满足信号完整性、电源完整性、电磁兼容性（EMC）及散热等性能要求。
2. 协同硬件与结构设计：与硬件工程师紧密配合，深入理解电路原理和关键信号特性，在设计过程中及时沟通解决原理图中可能影响PCB布局的问题；同时对接结构工程师，根据产品结构尺寸、安装方式及散热需求，优化PCB板型和元器件布局，保障PCB与结构件的适配性。
3. 设计规范制定与执行：参与制定公司内部PCB设计规范、元器件封装库标准，定期维护和更新封装库，确保封装的准确性和一致性；在设计过程中严格执行行业标准（如IPC标准）及公司内部规范，避免设计失误，提升设计质量。
4. 设计评审与问题整改：组织或参与PCB设计评审会议，针对布局合理性、布线规则、阻抗控制、散热设计等方面提出专业意见；根据评审结果及测试反馈，及时对PCB设计进行优化和整改，解决量产或测试过程中出现的PCB相关问题。
5. 文档输出与技术支持：完成PCB设计相关文档和图纸的编写与归档，包括PCB、SMT图纸、BOM清单、Gerber文件、钢网文件、钻孔文件等生产所需资料，确保文件准确无误并按时交付；为生产部门、测试部门提供PCB设计相关的技术支持，协助解决生产过程中的焊接、组装及测试难题。
