一、岗位职责
1、统筹与管理：全面统筹公司财务报表编制、全面预算编制、融资管理、成本核算、销售核算、采购核算、税务申报、费用管控、风控、资金计划等工作，保障公司财务合规高效运转；
2、战略与预算：制定公司中长期财务规划，与集团战略对齐；主导财务预算编制与执行，监督预算执行情况，定期进行预算分析，提出调整建议；
3、成本管控：建立精细化成本核算体系，制定成本控制策略，深入挖掘成本优化潜力，主导降本增效专项，推动成本控制措施的有效实施；
4、风险管控：贯彻集团财务管理制度，搭建公司风险管控体系，针对公司业务开展情况定期开展风险排查，识别风险点并提出风控要求和风险应对举措，并基于风控合规角度为公司办公会议题决策提供意见和建议；
5、审计和税务管理：对接集团审计及外部审计单位，协助开展年度审计、专项审计与内控自查，整改审计问题，完善内控闭环，统筹公司税务合规体系搭建、行业税收优惠落地与筹划、全税种申报，确保税务工作合规高效；
6、团队管理及发展：高效管理公司财务团队，清晰划分成员职责边界，推动建立标准化工作方法与流程体系。
二、任职要求：
1、基本要求：中共党员，本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融等相关专业，具有注册会计师或中级及以上会计师职称。
2、工作经验：8年以上财务工作经验，其中5年以上半导体、消费电子等行业财务管理工作经验。
3、能力要求：
（1）精通财务核算、预算管理、成本控制、资金管理、税务关系管理等知识与技能；
（2）对研发、制造生产流程、供应链管理及市场动态具有深刻理解，熟悉本行业的财务特点和业务流程；
（3）拥有优秀的跨部门沟通协调和团队领导技能；
（4）能够在复杂环境下进行有效决策和风险控制，具备持续学习和适应变化的能力。
