岗位职责:
1.负责冰箱柜整机零部件（钣金、发泡料、电控、压缩机、门体、塑料件、包装件等）供应商准入、现场审核、过程质量监督，主导新供方质量审核、样品承认、PPAP/APQP资料确认。
2.供应商质量绩效管控：建立供方质量指标（来料合格率、不良PPM、整改按时闭环率、客诉返工率等），定期绩效评分、分级管理，组织供方质量例会、约谈、整改提升。
3.参与新物料开发阶段质量管控，协同DQA开展新零部件风险识别、DFMEA/SFMEA评审，明确零部件规格、检验标准、可靠性要求，同步输出供方质量协议。
4.开展供应商现场稽核、过程审核、专项飞检，核查供方制程管控、检验能力、追溯体系、关键件变更管控；对质量薄弱供方制定专项提升计划并辅导落地。
5.推动供方质量持续改善，主导降PPM、防错、过程能力Cpk提升等质量改善项目，降低来料质量成本、减少产线停线损失。
任职要求:
1.大专及以上学历，机械、制冷、电气、材料等相关专业；
2.5年以上家电行业SQE经验，有冰箱/冷柜零部件供方管理经验优先。
3.熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC、8D、5Why等质量工具，能独立开展供方审核、来料失效分析；
4.熟悉家电零部件（钣金、注塑、电控、制冷配件等）工艺、检验标准，能看懂图纸、规格书；
5.掌握来料异常处理流程、供应商绩效评价、ECN变更管控；
6.熟悉ISO9001质量体系，了解家电安规、关键件管控要求优先；
7.熟练Office，可独立输出审核报告、8D报告、供方绩效报表。
