6.负责老产品结构优化和新技术、新材料、新功能研究工作；
7.负责产品开发各流程阶段所需技术文件的编制和下发；
8.负责结构设计方案的项目评审、生产技术跟进和售前售后支持工作；
9.能适应短期出差ODM厂家和模具厂家跟进新品工作。
技能及能力要求：
1.本科以上学历，机械类相关专业，10年以上家用空调结构研发经验；
2.熟练掌握机械设计原理，熟悉常用材料特性，熟悉塑胶、钣金零件的加工工艺、模具原理；
3.熟练使用各类三维、二维作图软件进行设计开发；有软件仿真能力者优先；
4.认同公司价值观，服从团队管理安排；
5.有良好的抗压能力、团队合作和自驱能力。
