1、独立完成京准通快车、京速推、购物触点及站外广告的投流操作；
2、监控和分析投放账户数据，不断优化广告创意和素材，提高投放计划点击率，持续优化投放策略‌；
3、合理控制投入产出比（ROI），对投放效果负责，并对推广效果进行跟踪、评估和统计分析，及时提出有效营销改进方案‌；
4、每日/周关注各投放计划、投放单元及各产品的转化率数据，通过不断优化关键词、人群和定向商品等提升产品转化率。
5、实时关注投放计划消耗情况，对于出价过高，消耗较快计划，及时调整出价和预算，保证计划正常投放；
6、每日、周输出京准通投放数据变化情况及重点投放单元的人群数据变化情况。

要求：
1、本科学历，市场营销、广告学、统计学相关专业者优先；
2、熟悉京东商智、京东数坊等数据分析工具；
3、熟练掌握京准通、京东快车、京速推、购物触点和站外投放等推广工具，能独立搭建计划、调整出价及优化人群定向等；
4、精通Excel，能对UV、PV、转化率、ROI等指标进行深度分析，输出日报/周报并提出优化方案；
5、三年及以上广告投放经验，能独立操盘账户，熟练使用京东数坊处理日志数据；
6、有较好的人际沟通能力，组织协调和应变能力、团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
