岗位职责：
1、完成液晶显示模组的光学架构设计，包括OC选型及匹配、背光系统（灯珠选型、导光板布局）设计、膜片匹配及光学性能优化，确保各项光学指标达标；
2、制定光学测试规范，分析生产或客户反馈的光学缺陷，提出改进方案并跟踪验证；
3、输出光学设计标准、测试报告及生产工艺指导文件，支持产品全生命周期管理；
4、完成模组布局，评审设计方案，维护设计资料（如物料申请、封样、设计资料挂网、制作BOM等），解决生产中的光学异常问题；
5、评估Mini LED、动态背光等前沿技术，提升产品竞争力；
6、对接业务、售后等群体，及时响应技术需求并提供解决方案；
7、贯彻公司管理体系，定期向上级汇报产品设计进展；
8、完成上级交办的其他专项工作或临时性任务。
招聘要求：
1、光电信息科学与工程、光学工程、电子信息科学与技术（光学方向）等光学相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、三年以上中大液晶背光模组光电系统设计开发相关经验；
3、具备背光模组光电系统设计与评估能力，熟悉背光光电材料的特性，同时具备一定的和光电系统相关的模组结构设计能力；
4、具备独立快速分析和解决问题的能力，熟悉背光模组常见问题的分析和处理方法；
5、熟练掌握PADS/ORCAD/AutoCAD/Creo/lighttools等相关软件操作；
6、熟练掌握光学测试仪器的使用，要有良好的光度学、色度学基础；
7、拥有大学英语CET-4及以上证书，具备良好的英语读写和简单的听说能力；
8、有团队和进取精神，有责任心，工作积极认真，具备较强的沟通协调能力，善于调节及管理自己的情绪。
