2、依据产品图纸、技术要求及生产条件，设计合理的生产工艺流程、作业指导书（SOP）及工艺参数标准，明确各环节操作规范。
3、参与新产品导入过程，制定试产工艺方案，解决试产中出现的工艺问题，推动产品顺利量产。
4、定期分析生产数据（如良率、效率、成本等），识别工艺瓶颈，通过实验设计（DOE）、流程重组等方式优化现有工艺，提升生产效率、降低成本、改善产品质量。
5、为引入新工艺、新技术、新设备，组织相关验证与落地，推动生产技术升级。
6、对接生产现场，提供工艺技术支持，及时处理生产中的工艺异常（如设备参数偏差、产品缺陷等），制定临时解决方案并跟踪根本原因整改。
7、监督生产过程中工艺标准的执行情况，确保操作人员按SOP规范作业，对违规行为进行纠正和指导。
8、与研发部门协作，将研发成果转化为可量产的工艺方案，反馈生产可行性建议；与质量部门配合，分析不良品产生的工艺原因，共同制定改善措施。
9、负责工艺相关文档（如工艺流程、参数表、SOP等）的编制、更新与管理，确保文档的准确性和时效性。
10、在工艺设计与优化中关注成本控制，通过材料利用率提升、能耗降低等方式减少生产成本。
