职责描述：
We are in search of a peptide-focused assay development group leader with both technical people management responsibilities:
1. Internal R&D work: Follow cutting-edge technology new trends in field ftechnology development. Need to work collaboratively with other groups fintegrated project.
2. Group management： facilitate technology team management fdaily work arrangement.
3. Client service: facilitate group in client engagement, proposal drafting, project execution, data analysis/QC reporting responsibilities.
任职要求：
1. Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Molecular biology, Biochemistry, a related field.
2. Solid experience with in vitro assay development deep understanding of peptide field, preferred to have at least 2-3 year of working experience in pharmaceutical field.
3. Experience managing people leading groups, with good skills in problem solving, decision making, empathy, planning strategizing.
4. Excellent scientific communication skills (both written verbal). Good at multitasking time management. Willing to take more responsibilities when required.
