岗位名称：中级 Java 开发工程师（采购域）工作地点：江西南昌经验要求：3-5 年 Java 开发经验学历要求：本科及以上预算8K-9K 岗位职责 1、负责集团采购域系统（SRM 供应商关系管理、采购寻源、订单履约、结算对账等）的后端设计、开发与维护，独立完成核心模块编码与单元测试。 2、参与采购业务需求调研、方案设计与评审，结合饲料 / 养殖行业采购特性，输出合理技术方案，支撑供应商管理、原料采购、招标竞价等核心场景。 3、基于 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 微服务架构进行开发，对接内部 ERP、WMS、财务系统及外部供应商平台，保障数据交互稳定高效。 4、负责采购系统性能优化、问题排查与线上故障处理，保障系统高可用，支撑集团多基地、大批量采购业务运转。 5、编写技术文档、接口文档，参与代码评审，规范开发流程，推动团队技术沉淀与复用。配合产品、测试、业务团队完成联调、测试与上线，收集业务反馈，持续优化采购系统功能与体验。任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业，3-5 年 Java 后端开发经验。扎实 Java 基础，熟练掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等主流框架，熟悉微服务架构与分布式开发。 2、采购域经验：有 SRM、采购管理、供应商平台、供应链系统开发经验，熟悉采购寻源、订单、履约、结算等业务流程。 3、熟悉 MySQL、Oracle 等关系型数据库，熟练编写 SQL，具备数据库设计与性能优化能力；了解 Redis、RocketMQ 等中间件应用。 4、具备独立需求分析、模块设计与问题解决能力，逻辑清晰，沟通协作能力强，能高效推动工作落地。 5、了解饲料 / 农牧行业采购业务者优先，有大型集团化企业系统开发经验者优先。
