岗位职责：
1.根据公司产品需求（机加工件、钣金件、铸锻件、标准件、电气元器件等），开发具备竞争力的新供应商，完成寻源、评估、准入全流程工作。
2.在新物料*次导入时，负责询价、比价、议价，并制定相关质量及交期规定。
3.制定并执行年度降本策略，通过价格谈判、工艺优化、国产化替代、集中采购等方式达成降本目标。
4.供应商管理：定期对供应商进行QCDS（质量、成本、交付、服务）绩效评估，建立供应商分级管理体系，维护核心供应商战略合作关系。
5.熟练识读机械图纸（2D/3D），理解公差、表面处理、热处理等技术要求，协同研发部解决供应商端的技术问题。
6.配合质量部门处理来料质量问题，推动供应商进行质量改进，参与供应商二次审核。
7.跟踪分析原材料（钢材、铝材等）市场供求及价格走势，提出采购策略建议。
任职要求：
1.专科及以上学历，机械设计制造、机电一体化相关专业。
2.3年以上机械制造行业采购或供应商开发工作经验，具备非标设备或零部件采购经验者优先。
3.能够熟练阅读机械加工图纸，了解CNC加工、铸造、锻造、钣金、焊接等常见加工工艺。
4.具备较强的商务谈判能力和成本分析能力，熟悉采购合同条款及风险控制。
5.熟练使用ERP系统（用友）及Office办公软件。
6.具备良好的职业道德和合规意识，诚实守信，廉洁自律。
7.能适应偶尔短期出差（供应商现场审核、质量问题处理等）。
