1. 试产前期评审与准备：试产前组织评审客户相关生产资料、可制造性评审、生产资料下发与进度确认
2. 内部准备工作进度确认：工艺文件、设备、夹具、线体等；试制工厂端统筹
3. 召集相关部门提供工艺流程，且各工段按提供工艺流程执行生产，确保生产正常；
4. 主导召开试产产前会，再次确认生产资料信息，疏通试产流程，确定试产责任，进度要求，注意事项等
5. 按生产前会议要求，跟进试产进度，协调异常处理；
6. 汇总试产问题，主导试产检讨会，输出试产总结报告
7. 新机型转产评估：试产问题点的改善确认、转量产可行性评估、主导转产会议的召开
8. 确认产品可生产性、组织专项改善，提升效率和良率，降低MVA
任职资格
1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上消费电子产品制造行业经验；
2. 熟悉消费电子级小家电制造流程、生产工艺、生产测试、质量等方面知识
3. 有主导新产品导入经验，掌握新产品导入流程，了解产品开发验证流程；
4. 具备良好组织、沟通协调能力、计划管理能力；
5. 善于沟通、协调，应变能力强，抗压能力强，能吃苦耐劳，有团队协作精神。
