---工作职责：
1、协助事业部及区域负责人完成人力需求计划制定；了解事业部业务发展需求，监督推动人力需求计划的实施；
2、根据事业部及区域业务需求计划，推动事业部有效使用人力资源管理制度和工具，指导境内和境外区域服务组织人力资源从业人员工作，提供人力资源服务支持（例，新设组织规章制度、组织架构、人力编制预算、新项目新公司人力资源支持工作计划实施等）；
3、协助事业部及区域负责人制定二级部门负责人绩效指标值，协助二级部门负责人制定部门员工/下级部门负责人绩效指标项、权重及绩效指标值，并完成季度检视工作；
4、协助区域开展提高人效工作，为人效提升提出解决方案及实施跟进；承接人才发展部制定的人力资源发展规划，确保总部人力资源政策的落地；
5、负责事业部及区域关键职位的人员招聘；维护业务部门内部员工关系；协助事业部及区域负责人组织部门培训。
6、领导交办的其他工作事项。

---任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理等相关专业；英语口语能交流的优先；
3、了解人力资源管理基础知识，人力资源从业经验3年以上；了解劳动法和福利保障等基础人事信息优先；熟悉物流行业（仓储、货代、运输）优先，。
4、有目标管理思维，有一定的统计、分析能力；良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；有较强的执行和应变能力；有独立发现问题和解决问题的能力；熟悉劳动法律、法规；
5、热爱人力资源工作，愿意学习，有创新思维，责任心、事业心强；有较强的适应能力，能快速融入团队并展开工作；
6、有海外留学或工作经历，能配合短期出差优先考虑。
