【岗位职责】
1、负责基于 Java/Spring Boot/Spring Al 的智能应用开发，构建面向 LLM(大语言模型)的服务能力；
2、参与面向AI的招聘、教育、呼叫中心等业务需求分析、系统设计以及核心功能的Java后端开发与实现；
3、负责将AI模型、算法与现有及未来的业务系统进行集成与优化；
4、支持与算法团队协作，实现模型接入、服务包装与远程调用，必要时通过 MCP 等自定义协议对接模型服务；
5、探索和实践AI技术在提升用户体验、优化业务流程、数据驱动决策等方面的应用；
6、关注前沿技术，参与新能力(如多模态、工具调用多轮对话)的探索与落地。
【任职要求】
1. 3-5年Java开发经验，对技术有热情，学习能力强；
2. 具备扎实的Java基础知识，深刻理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定了解；
3. 掌握主流开发框架，如SpringBoot、Dubbo、Mybatis等，并能深入理解其核心原理和机制；
4. 熟悉分布式系统、多线程编程及高性能的设计与编码，具备一定的性能调优经验；
5. 具备良好的系统分析能力、抽象思维和逻辑思维能力，能够独立分析复杂问题并提出有效的解决方案。
