岗位职责：
1.需求对接与选型：在客户新项目立项初期，FAE需要深入沟通，理解其车灯开发目标，并协同内部AE（应用工程师）和产品经理，提供LED颗粒选型配型建议及初步技术可行性分析。
2.方案设计支持：协助客户完成前期技术评估和方案设计，提供包括光学设计（配光、透镜、反射镜设计）和热学设计（散热结构与仿真）在内的核心技术方案，帮助客户满足法规要求并缩短开发周期。
3.系统优化：参与客户项目评审，审查原理图、PCB Layout、光学及电气性能设计，确保方案满足车规级要求。FAE需在LED驱动、热管理和光学效果等关键环节为客户提供专业技术指导。
4.问题定位：配合客户进行车灯样品的调试与验证，利用专业工具解决产品开发过程中遇到的电子、光学或热学相关技术难题。
5.失效分析：当客户试产、量产或售后环节出现质量问题时，FAE需快速响应，主导或协同进行失效分析，出具专业的8D或FA分析报告，并推动内部研发进行整改，直至问题闭环。
6.现场支持：根据项目需要，频繁出差至客户端现场，提供现场技术培训、故障诊断与解决服务。
7.需求转化：收集、分析市场前沿技术趋势和客户的潜在需求，将实际应用痛点转化为产品改进建议，反馈给内部研发部门，推动产品的迭代与优化。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，专业倾向于电子工程、光学、半导体、车辆工程或自动化。
2.具备3年以上相关工作经验，尤其是车灯LED应用、LED封装技术支持或车载电子硬件开发背景。
3.具备扎实的电子电路知识（熟悉LED驱动原理）、光学基础（配光设计）以及热学分析能力，并熟悉AEC-Q102车规认证、EMC/EMI电磁兼容标准。
4.熟练使用相关设计和分析工具进行原理图设计、PCB Layout审查或热仿真。
5.熟悉IATF 16949质量体系、ISO 26262功能安全标准及车灯相关的法律法规（ECE、GB、SAE等）是重要的加分项。
6.具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，既要能与客户工程师进行专业对话，又要能清晰地向内部研发团队传达需求。
7.具备敏锐的逻辑思维和抗压能力，能够快速响应并解决复杂的技术问题。
