岗位职责：
1、负责研发DWG(CAD图纸)文件转PDF核心转换算法，解决图纸字体错乱、线型丢失、标注偏移、图层错乱、比例失真、块解析异常等转换痛点，输出高质量PDF文件。
2、处理大批量图纸批量转换场景，优化转换速度、内存占用，支持批量任务调度，保证转换稳定性与成功率。
3、定位转换异常case，针对特殊图纸（复杂块、外部参照、自定义线型、多行文字、三维实体）做专项适配优化，持续提升转换正确率。
4、输出接口/SDK，可集成至现有业务系统，配合后端开发人员完成对接调试。
5、可独立编写技术方案、测试用例，对转换效果做效果评测与迭代优化。
6、用工形式：全职 / 兼职均可，可远程协作，可按项目结算
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、图形学、测绘、CAD二次开发相关专业，具备图形处理、文档解析开发经验。
2、熟悉DWG文件结构，有CAD图纸解析、DWG/DXF处理开发经验优先；熟悉AutoCAD API、Teigha、ODA、libdxfrw等解析库者优先。
3、熟悉PDF生成技术（PDFium、iText、PdfSharp等），掌握矢量图渲染、坐标变换、图层管理、字体嵌入等图形渲染基础。
4、熟练至少一门开发语言：C++ / C# / Python / Go。
5、具备问题排查能力，能够针对各类非标DWG图纸做兼容适配；了解图纸图层、块、外部参照、标注、样式、线型等CAD基础概念。
6、兼职人员要求：可独立承接模块开发，能够按时交付版本，定期同步进度，沟通顺畅。
