2.负责国内外医药信息收集、整理，实施对国内外有良好市场预期的新药、仿制药的筛选、调研，并开展立项，推进与国内外研发机构的筛选、合作、商务谈判及产品引进等工作。
3.负责公司对外创新项目的选择与对接，对外合作或开拓市场（包括但不限于项目和公司寻找、市场调研、评估、商务谈判）。
4.研究市场和行业*新动态，探索医药行业发展方向，掌握国内、国际医药领域市场动态及潜在产品、业务和*新动向。
任职要求:
1.医药相关专业，硕士及以上学历，5年以上医药行业BD经验，熟悉业务拓展模块的运作。
2.具备生产技术/研发视角工作履历，熟练掌握项目全流程管理能力，能独立主导从立项到落地的全周期操作，可高效开展项目筛选与桥接沟通工作。
3.具备国内外产品或专利引进的实操经验和人脉资源。
4.具备敏锐的商业洞察力与优秀的谈判技巧，善于整合内外部资源。
5.英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言，具备跨国沟通与协作能力。
6.熟悉国内外制药企业，对市场现状和发展趋势有较强的市场敏感性，信息捕捉能力和开拓能力，在业内有良好的人脉关系和交际网。
