岗位职责：
1、生产现场的质量监控,保证生产过程符合GMP及相关操作、管理SOP的规定。验证实施过程的监控，确保各类验证的实施过程符合要求；
2、负责将生产中存在的不符合项及工作中发现的问题与处理措施及时反馈到车间和上级，并跟踪落实。参与偏差、OOS等调查，提出必要的纠正和预防措施，并跟踪整改措施的进展，协助车间及时整改；
3、负责涉及岗位文件的起草、修订，车间文件的审核；工规、批记录修订；
4、负责产品年度质量回顾的起草、分析；起草监控车间的共线生产风险评估；
5、对各工序员工进行相应的质量知识培训，以提高员工的质量意识和技能。协助车间新上岗、转岗员工的培训工作；
6、每月组织展开质量分析会；协助进行GMP自检工作；
7、取样、监测:负责中间产品、产品及环境监测、清洁验证、工艺用水等的取样工作；负责中间产品控制检测。
任职要求：
1、熟悉GMP法规要求；熟悉药品生产、质量管理流程，具备3年以上无菌制剂（*终灭菌工艺）生产现场监控管理工作经验；参与至少1次GMP符合性检查；
2、具备文件起草修订能力；了解无菌制剂常用制药设备，常规验证项目；
3、有较强的动手、逻辑思维、沟通协调能力。
