1、生产原料和研发原料的采购，主要负责研发和生产用的原料的价格评估和供应商选择(项目评估，市
场寻源，供应商选择)，对项目的交付和成本的控制负主要责任；
2、生产性原料的供应商开发(供应商的考察和供应商准入)，维护供应商关系，优化供应商结构；
3、负责原材料的市场调研，市场信息跟进，做好市场信息分析，内外信息的传递交流；
4、采购生命周期管理，负责重点项目重点物料采购生命周期管理，做好供应链管理，确保供应链的可持
续和稳定性；
5、严格执行采购流程，确保采购合规，管控质量，交付与成本风险；6、配合内外部审计，协助推进采购体系优化与流程改进；
7、完成领导交办的其他采购相关工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，专业为化学、药学等相关专业，有化学研发和采购双重经验的人员优先；
2、两年及以上相关行业采购工作经验；
3、接受跨site出差，主要重庆水土，重庆长寿，江西湖北工厂以及上海的多地办公；
4、做事严谨细致，对采购流程，供应商管理，数据核对等环节具备较强的责任心和细节把控能力，要求
有较强的风险意识，要有市场敏感度，具有很强的沟通交流能力；
5、为人诚实正直，恪守采购职业准则，无不良从业记录，能维护公司利益；
6、具备主动学习意识与较强的抗压能力，能快速掌握行业政策及产品知识，并能在多任务并行的高压环
境下高效推进工作。
