【主要职责】
项目交付与管理：全面负责上海办公室IT帮助台、终端管理、权限管理等服务的项目交付，确保项目范围、成本、进度和质量目标的实现。
团队领导与协调：领导并协调由初级、中级、高级工程师组成的混合型团队，合理分配任务，确保每日、每周、每月的运维工作按计划执行。
客户关系管理：作为项目对日方银行客户的主要接口，建立并维护高质量的客户关系，及时响应客户需求，管理客户期望。
风险与问题管理：主动识别项目潜在风险，组织团队解决复杂问题和突发事件，如系统故障、内外审计支持、灾备演练等。
报告与沟通：定期向银行管理层及公司内部提交项目状态报告、服务绩效报告（日报/周报/月报），并进行流畅的日语沟通与汇报。
流程优化：应用ITIL等*佳实践，持续改进服务流程，提升运维效率和服务水平。
【任职要求】必备条件：
o本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术或相关领域优先。
o5年以上银行业或金融行业IT服务项目管理经验。
o具备PMP、ITIL等相关认证者优先。
o日语商务级流利（听说读写俱佳），能够作为与日方客户沟通的主要桥梁。
o出色的领导力、沟通能力和团队协调能力，能够承受压力并解决复杂问题。
·技术背景：
o熟悉银行业IT运维环境，包括Windows桌面系统、Active Directory、Office 365、终端管理等。
o理解IT服务管理（ITSM）流程，如事件管理、问题管理、变更管理等。
