任职要求
1. 学历专业：计算机、数学、电子等理工类本科及以上学历。
2. 知识技能：扎实的统计学习或机器学习知识；丰富的时间序列数据分析和建模经验。
3. 编程能力：优秀的 Python 编程能力，熟练掌握MATLAB、NUMPY、PANDAYS，能独立编写优化算法。
4. 经验：1年以上的量化交易研究经验，有一定规模实盘量化经验者优先。
5. 素质：强烈的好奇心，对探索新事物有浓厚兴趣。
