4. 承担系统迭代优化任务，提升稳定性、响应性能等非功能属性，对系统能有自己思考给出建议并能推动溶地。
5. 参与各类网关、开放平台、中间件、基础组件以及基础业务开发。
6. 能按时高质量完成代码编写并推动整体项目落地。
任职条件：
1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验。
2. 扎实的JAVA开发和设计经验，有良好的编程习惯，熟悉springcloud、dubbo3等开发框架以及生态。有开放平台或中间件二开经验者优先。
3. 具有大数据规模，高并发/高可用的分布式后端系统设计和开发经验。
4. 负责过复杂业务产品的设计和开发，包括系统分析、设计、实现及维护。
5. 具有体系化的技术思维，能够确保技术方案的质量保障、扩展性、前瞻性。
6. 有大数据开发、AI产品开发能力者优先。
7. 工科类计算机、电子信息、人工智能等专业优先。
8.能接受短期出差。
