5.定期更新运输数据和相关记录，提供运输情况（批次、时效、费用和异常等）的分析与总结，制作和提交相关的运输报表和绩效指标；
6.监督运输费用，并提供相关的运输费用分析报告，寻找优化运输流程和降低运输成本的机会；
7.了解和遵循国内外运输法规、海关政策和国际贸易规定，为公司提供关于运输合规性的建议和指导。
任职要求:
1. 具有1-3年以上物流、船务或供应链相关工作经验，生产型企业的经验者优先；
2. 大专及以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易、供应链管理或相关专业优先；
3. 英语作为工作语言，听说读写，能够处理国际邮件和文档；
4. 熟练操作办公软件（如Excel、Word、PowerPoint等），并能使用物流管理系统和ERP系统；
5. 具备优秀的沟通能力和协调能力，能够与不同部门和外部合作伙伴有效沟通；
6. 具备较强的分析能力和解决问题的能力，运输过程中及时处理突发事件；
7. 认真负责，耐心细心，具备良好的团队合作精神，能够在压力下有效工作。
