─ 关键部件选型：负责功率模块（IGBT/SiC）的机械固定与散热方案设计，高压连接器、母线排（Busbar）的选型与集成设计，确保电气间隙/爬电距离符合技术要求；
─ 密封设计（整机和水道），适应严苛车载环境（如ISO 16750标准）；
─ 负责 3D 模型建立，2D 图纸生成，公差计算，设计验证与确认；
─ 主导 DV/PV结构部分测试（功能、电性能、可靠性），确保产品符合设计需求；
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，机械制造与自动化，机械电子，车辆工程等相关专业背景；
2.3年以上汽车电机控制器的结构设计经验，熟练使用3D、2D软件
3. 有水冷结构开发经验，熟练掌握塑胶件、钣金和压铸等零件设计工艺，以及产品的装配设计技巧；
4. 熟悉APQP开发流程，熟悉控制器DVP实验标准，熟悉高压电气零部件以及机械设计规范；
5. 熟悉铝铸件，注塑件、冲压件等的设计方法与加工；
