3、熟悉汽车电子开发流程，掌握ISO 26262功能安全开发要求，有ASIL等级软件开发经验优先；熟悉CAN/LIN车载通信协议。
4、具备完整车载电源DSP软件项目开发经历，能够独立深度定位控制算法、驱动配合、保护逻辑类疑难问题。
5、具备软件架构、平台搭建经验，规范的版本管理、文档编写习惯，良好跨部门协同与技术带教能力。
