2、三年及以上汽车零部件行业项目开发和管理经历，熟悉产品开发流程；
3、熟悉IATF16949体系、VDA6.3及APQP流程；
4、熟练使用项目管理的相关工具，熟悉项目管理知识领域；
5、有较强的项目领导能力，能自我激励，主动解决冲突；
5、有较好的英语读写能力，听说能力较好者优先；
6、具有PMP证书和IATF16949体系内审证书优先。
