职责描述:
1、负责储能电池包（PACK）整体方案设计，涵盖电气架构、结构防护、热管理及安全设计，输出技术文档并优化方案。
2、主导电芯、BMS、高压器件等核心部件选型，制定验收标准；推进 PACK 集成验证，解决测试中电气、结构、热管理问题。
3、运用 CAE/CFD 工具完成结构强度、热仿真，优化电池包能量密度、低温性能等核心指标。
4、跨部门协同（电芯 / 电控 / 生产），输出工艺文件，推动设计落地；跟踪 CTP / 高压快充等前沿技术，参与专利布局。
5、确保产品符合 GB 38031、ISO 12405 等法规，参与内部标准制定。
任职要求:
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，电化学、车辆工程、电气工程、机械设计、能源与动力工程等相关专业，3 年以上新能源电池包系统研发经验（有汽车或大型储能 PACK 经验者优先）。
2、精通电池包系统设计原理，熟悉电芯（方形 / 软包 / 圆柱）特性、BMS 工作逻辑及高压电气安全规范；
3、掌握至少一种 CAE 结构仿真或 CFD 热仿真工具，具备独立完成仿真分析与方案优化的能力；
4、了解电池包测试标准与流程，有台架测试或整车搭载测试经验者优先。
5、具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能从系统层面排查电气、结构或热管理故障；
6、良好的跨部门沟通与项目推动能力，逻辑清晰，执行力强；
