职责描述：
1、负责公司产品线的规划及设计；负责整合营销，整合公司产品和服务，优化包装，组织拟订各种营销策划和策略方案，提升公司销售；
2、新产品概念提出，通过消费者洞察、行业数据分析等提出新产品概念，并通过与酒厂、品控等沟通设计，针对目标人群及渠道打造爆品；定期行业分析报告，提升酒类产品GMV及净利润；
3、推动新品落地：新品立项后，协调资源，跟进内容物研发、试产生产、产品外观设计、打样、拍摄，以及电商页面策划、新品上市盲品及场景体验设计；预销售制定整合营销方案，对新品全生命周期运营负责；
4、老品反馈追踪：进行消费者评论分析、电话访谈和销售数据复盘等，对老品提出改进方案并推动改进计划；
5、策划各类线上线下活动，与各部门保持产品经理合作机制；
6、上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、本科上学历，设计类专业
2、十分熟悉白酒产品，并有成功孵化爆款经验，白酒头部公司从业经验优先
3、精通新零售营销业务知识，掌握白酒类产品全周期管理相关知识
